ABOUT Jason Fieldman


Jason's Background

Jason was born in Long Island, New York and spent his high school years in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. After joining the U.S. Army at the age of 17, he served in combat and garrison assignments to include Iraq, Afghanistan, South Korea, and Hawaii. After nine years of honorable service, and receiving multiple awards including a Bronze Star Medal, he separated honorably to complete his education and begin a civilian career. 

In 2010, Jason received his Bachelors degree in National Security and Intelligence Analysis from George Mason University and six years later, earned a Masters in Human Resource Management at Hawaii Pacific University. As a prior service member and now spouse of an active duty service member, he has been fortunate to move (PCS) twice to Oahu and understands the many unique challenges that military families experience. Jason has used the VA home loan five times personally, and has become an expert on the VA home loan process and benefits. He has been a real estate investor since 2004 and also enjoys home renovations.

Jason’s number one goal is to help as many families as possible by offering candid and honest customer service. Whether it's buying, selling or relocating off island, he can help! Jason has helped over 15 families in the last few years.

About Michele McKinley


Michele's Background

Michele faces new challenges directly and makes it work. Raised in San Diego, California, Michele started selling Real Estate in the late 1990s, she was selling new homes for an Orange County developer. Michele has sold over Sixty Million in transactions in her career.

Michele attributes her success to a number of reasons, but mostly because she thoroughly enjoys her clients and gives each of them top priority. She knows how to utilize systems such as Transaction Management that frees up her time to do what she loves to do the most - connect with, support and represent her clients. Michele also loves to golf and spend time on the beach and with her 'ohana.

We cannot say enough great things about Michele!  

We came across Michele via a referral from a realtor on the mainland.  One thing is for sure when looking for someone to help you buy or sell a home - you really never know how things will go.  For us, we "hit the jackpot"! When we first met, she had some rather innovative ideas on how to prep the house for listing and showing. The more we listened, the more we could understand the "method behind the madness". Honestly, a couple of the ideas sounded unconventional, but we went all in.  The end result was completely amazing! Once the house was listed, the first offer came in about 90 minutes later.  Yes, you read that correctly.....90 minutes! You might be thinking that we listed the house for under market value, but you would be wrong! Our home was one of the highest priced in the area.  In fact, it was very much in line with the area comparable homes. She still continued onward with open houses, etc., just to be safe and secured a backup offer. Unfortunately the first offer fell through as they could not secure their loan and the backup offer located another home to buy. Michele didn't miss a beat, played by all of the rules, and relisted the home as soon as the process for the first offer was officially stopped.  The next offer came shortly afterwards and she sold the home via Skype! Yes, I said SKYPE!!  The couple who purchased the home couldn't be there to view it, so Michele gave the tour via the Internet! She is amazing, to say the least. Our home was listed at just under three quarters of a million dollars and was sold for the listed price.

How do we know she does phenomenal work? We have security cameras around the house and could view the open house events. We could watch her come in, prepare for the open house and watch/listen to the discussions. She would talk to the prospective buyers, find their hot buttons, and then go to work.  Normally you never have a chance to see "your agent" at work during events or open houses. We could afterwards and were very impressed and amazed. At the end of the open house, she would literally walk through the rooms, checking windows, doors, etc. to be certain the home was secured.

We cannot say enough great things about Michele!  She is extremely personable, has innovative and phenomenal ideas, definitely will work hard for "you" (as we saw on video), and provides excellent advice.  Can you go wrong with Michele?  Sure....if you are silly enough to not make the first call to her.
